You can use a Land Shell to keep track of land properties (owned or leased). In addition, you can enable any kind of BP, and managers, under Land type Shell. Land is pre-designed Shell type that you can use to create Shells. Land is at the same level as Buildings, in the hierarchy, so when you create a Land Shell, Unifier places the Shell under the the Sites type Shells, similar to Buildings.
