View Attachments in a Business Process

To view attached files in all BPs (except Document-type BP)

  1. Do one of the following:
    • If the file is attached to the comments on a BP form, click the General Comments link. Open the comment with the attachment, and then click the Attachments link at the bottom of the Edit General Comment window to open Attachments window.
    • If the file is attached directly to the BP form, click the Attachments link at the bottom of the form to open Attachments window.
  2. When the Attachments window opens, select a file and click View. The file opens in the viewer selected in your user preferences.

    Note: If the file is a drawing file with references, you can select the file in the Attachments window and click Reference Records to open the Reference Record window.

To view attached files in Document-type BPs with line items

Double-click the document from the list at the bottom of the form. The Line Item window opens. Double-click the document to open.
