You can save a snapshot copy of the default CBS Codes view of the earned value sheet, as well as the Schedule Sheet-Activities view available through the More Sheets option.
To save a snapshot copy
- Open the earned value sheet.
- Click the File menu and choose Create Snapshot.
- Enter a title for the snapshot and click OK.
To view a saved snapshot
- Open the earned value sheet.
- Click the File menu and choose Open. The Snapshot Log opens.
- Select a snapshot and click Open.
