The Tile view allows you to view files and folders as thumbnails. All folders and files are grouped separately, you can expand and collapse each group. The Tile view only show the immediate children of the folder.
When a file is selected, the right hand pane displays all the information tabs. The Gear 
menu allows you to take action on an individual file or folder. The folder and file names are hyperlinks, you can click the hyperlink to open a folder or file.
To use the tile view, from the Document Manager log, select 
Tile View. To switch to list view, select 
List View.
