When you are part of a business process workflow, or have been invited to participate in a discussion group (Classic View only) within a business process, you are assigned a task.
- Tasks are business processes that you are involved with and are in process.
- Notifications are business processes that you have been sent a copy but do not need to take action.
- Drafts are business processes that you have worked on and saved but have not yet sent.
You can access your tasks, notifications, and drafts in the following locations:
- Home page
Go Home page > click the nodes (Tasks, Notifications, Drafts) to open > from the log, click to open one of the items that required your attention, or you want to work with.
- Company Workspace
Go to Company Workspace > User mode > click the nodes (Tasks, Notifications, Drafts) to open > from the log, click to open one of the items that required your attention, or you want to work with.
- Project/Shell
Go to your Project/Shell > User mode > click the nodes (Tasks, Notifications, Drafts) to open > from the log, click to open one of the items that required your attention, or you want to work with.
