Collecting Task Timestamp Metrics
You can configure Siebel CRM to collect the timestamp metrics for a task after you deploy the task by delivering the Workspace. For more information, see Delivering a Task and About Task Metrics.
To collect timestamp metrics for a task

Open the Siebel client.

Navigate to the Administration - Business Process screen, then the Task Monitoring Configuration view.

Set the Analytics Level field to one of the following values:

Timestamp
-
All
These values allow Siebel CRM to collect timestamp metrics at runtime.
