Approving the Plan Jointly with the Partner
This task is a step in Process of Using the Siebel PRM CHAMP Planning Module.
After the plan is published, the partner company can access the plan through the Siebel PRM Portal and can change the action plan by adding new activities, deleting activities, changing the start dates of activities, and so on.
If the partner company has no objections to the plan, it can immediately approve the plan by using the Siebel PRM Portal to select Jointly Approved in the Status field.
If the partner company has made changes to the plan, your company and the partner company must review the plan jointly, to make changes that are necessary to make it acceptable to both. Once both companies have approved the plan, you can change its status to Jointly Approved.
To change a plan’s status to Jointly Approved using the Siebel PRM Manager
Navigate to the CHAMP Planning screen, then the Plans List view.
In the Status field of the plan, select Jointly Approved.
To change a plan’s status to Jointly Approved using the Siebel PRM Portal
Use the following procedure to change a plan’s status to Jointly Approved using the Siebel PRM Portal.
In the Siebel PRM Portal, the partner navigates to the CHAMP Planning screen.
In the Plans list, in the Status field of the appropriate plan, the partner selects Jointly Approved.
