This release of
the OFS AAAI Application Pack is cumulative of all enhancements and bug fixes
completed since the v8.1.1.0.0 release.
NOTE:
· For information about the Hardware
and Software Requirements for this release, see the Oracle
Financial Services Analytical Applications 8.1.1.0.0 Technology Matrix.
· SQL Rule is a deprecated feature and is not supported.
For further guidance, contact Oracle support.
Prerequisites
The minimum
patch set level should be OFS AAI/AAAI Application Pack v8.1.1.0.0.
NOTE: You can upgrade the OFS AAI
Platform on any OFSAA Application Pack.

New
Features and Enhancements in this Release
The following
list provides details of the new features and enhancements in this release.

1.
Security Management System
· Utility to generate CSV file containing User, Groups, and User-Group Mapping (32986844).
· Support for a signed request during
logout in SAML Authentication. Users are logged out of a session without
redirection to an error page (33280481).
· Support for the following in User
Maintenance (33248779):
o
When
you create a User, the Enable User check box is
selected by default.
o
When
you create a User, Start Date-Time displays the Current
Date-Time by default and the End Date displays 31-December-2050 by default.
o
Lock
statuses such as Enable, Disable,
and Delete with Authorization required for status
updates.
o
Authorization
is not required to view the Enable User Window in the User Activity Report.
· Support for the following in
Identity Management (IDM) (33248779):
o
When
you Add or Edit a User, Email IDs for domains
configured in System Configuration is allowed.
· When you Add or Edit a User, Branch Code and Department Code are
required fields.
2. System
Configuration
· UI Configuration to enable signed logout requests for SAML Authentication (33280481).
· UI Configuration to enable Just in
Time (JIT) Provisioning to synchronize the User, Group, and User-Group Mapping
in external systems such as LDAP, SAML, and SSO into OFSAA when a User logs in
(33067589).

4. Data Maintenance
Interface (DMI)
· A new feature that provides the capability to add or modify data in any table in the Atomic Schema by using an access-driven approach. You can create Forms Definition to select the required table and modify the records after the approval process is completed (33066897).
Data Maintenance Interface (DMI) helps to design a Data Form in a user-specified format. Further, allows to perform maintenance activities using the designed Form.

The designer allows the user to design a form to maintain the underlying data.

This allows the user to maintain the design either through the form that has been defined using Form designer or do a Bulk upload using the Excel upload mechanism.
A strong data governance process is enabled through an approval workflow of the data maintained.
NOTE: The DMI is fully enabled for use only with 8.1.1.3.0 ML. DMI enablement
requires Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications Infrastructure
Extension Pack (OFS AAIEP) license.
