Scope and Audience

The scope of this manual includes platform and application alarms, troubleshooting and recovery procedures, and the System Healthcheck Utility, an application that generates a log file that can be provided to My Oracle Support (MOS) for alarm resolution. It is intended to aid maintenance personnel in resolution of Oracle Communications EAGLE Application Processor (EPAP) alarms. When instructed by the application, use this manual to locate the platform alarm number and its recovery procedure.
