Add Addressees Dialog
Use the Add Addressees dialog to add Addressees to a document.
This dialog contains a list of all the Addressees that are available to be added to this document.
After a document is completed and approved, it will be distributed to these Addressees.
This dialog lists the Addressee's Name, Type, Role, and method of Distribution.
To add Addressees using the Add Addressees Dialog
- From the Addressees tab, click
.
- Make any necessary changes to the Addressee Type or Distribution method.
- Select one or more Addressees from the table, then click Add to add these Addressee(s) to the document.
The Addressee(s) are added to the document. They now appear in the table of Addresses in the Addressees tab.
- Repeat the previous two steps to add additional Addressees. You can add the same Addressee using different Types or Distribution methods.
