Addressees Tab
The Addressees tab appears when creating or updating a document. It lists the addressees (recipients) associated with a document.
Using the Toolbar
From the Addressees toolbar, you can:
- create a new Addressee by clicking
- add addressees to the document by clicking
- remove an Addressee from the document by selecting it, then clicking
- save your changes by clicking Save
- submit the document by clicking
- perform a query by example by clicking
- detach the Addressee table by clicking
Addressees Columns
The Addressees tab includes the following columns:
- the addressee's Name
- the addressee's Type - Primary: the main recipient of the document or CC: a secondary ("carbon copy") recipient of the document
- the addressee's Role
- the addressee's Distribution type
Using the View Menu
You can use the View menu to:
- display and hide columns
- reorder columns
- detach the Attachments table
- perform a query by example
Addressee Properties
The bottom portion of the Addressees tab displays the Properties of the selected Addressee.
