Attachments Tab
The Attachments tab appears when creating or updating a document. It lists the attachments associated with the document.
Using the Toolbar
From the Attachments toolbar, you can:
- add attachments to the document by clicking
- remove an attachment from the document by selecting it, then clicking
- save your changes by clicking Save
- detach the Attachments table by clicking
- submit the document by clicking
Using the View Menu
You can use the View menu to:
- display and hide columns
- reorder columns
- detach the Attachments table
Attachments Columns
The Attachments tab includes the following columns:
- a Preview button
allowing you to preview the contents of the form
- the Attachment Type
- the Name of the attachment
- a Description of the attachment
