Document Sub-tab
You can use the Document sub-tab to view and update the structure and fields of a document.
The Document sub-tab appears when:
- creating a new document, then selecting the Document sub-tab
- updating an existing document, then selecting the Document sub-tab
- edit the document's data
From the Document sub-tab, you can:
- save the form by clicking
- view or print a PDF proof by clicking
- navigate the form using the navigation buttons
- hide or display the navigation pane, by clicking the toggle navigation bar button
- check the required fields , by right-clicking anywhere within the form or the navigation pane and select Check Required Fields; validates that required fields have been completed
- check the spelling, by right-clicking anywhere within the form and selecting Check Spelling
- submit the document by clicking
