Home Sub-tabs - Column Descriptions
The following columns are available for viewing in the tables of the Home sub-tabs:
Please note:
- only certain columns are displayed by default; you can customize which columns appear in the table
- except where noted, all of these columns are available in all of the Home sub-tabs
- Agency ID – the ID of the agency who issued the document
- Approval States – the state at which the document is in the approval process
- Attachment Type – the type of attachment
- Code – a code representing the document type , for example, in a policy, a quote or new product endorsement
- Current Role – the user's current role
- Date Modified – the date the document was modified
- Description – a brief description of the document
- Document Type – the type of document
- Document ID – the ID number of the document
- Document Subtype – the subtype of the document
- Distribution – the selected distribution value for the Addressee
- Drafter – the name of the person who drafter the document
- End Time – the time at which the document processing ended
- Expiration Date – the date that the document expires
- Error ID – the error ID code of the document
- From Group – the name of the group who created the document (optional)
- From Time – the time at which the document was internally sent from one user to another (optional)
- From User – the previous owner of the document
- Group – the name of the group the document is assigned to
- Jurisdiction – the agency's jurisdiction (Tracking tab only)
- Key 3 – an optional key to categorize documents
- Letter Type - the types of letters contained in the document
- Locked – indicates if the document is locked
- Name– the document's name
- Originator – the name of user who submitted the document (Audit Trail tab only)
- Process Name – the name of the Doc Factory process that has been run on the document
- Reason ID – the ID associated with the rejection reason for this document
- Region – the geographical area associated with the document
- Routing Description – a explanation of why the document was routed
- Rejection ID – the ID associated with the rejection reason for this document
- Retention Time – the time after which the document can be removed (optional)
- Role – the Role of the Addressee in relation to the document (Distribution tab only)
- Security Level – the security level of the document
- Start Time – the time that the activity to distribute the document began
- Status – the processing status of the document
- To Time – the time at which the document was received
- To User – the name of the user who received the document
- User – the person who created the document
- Typist – the original Drafter of the document (Audit Trail tab only)
