Oracle Private Cloud Appliance (PCA)	Restricted Use Licenses PCA Integrated Software - Except for software expressly provided under separate license terms, all software or programmable code (1) embedded or integrated in PCA that enables the functionality of PCA, and/or (2) specifically provided to you by Oracle as integrated software for PCA, as expressly stated in accompanying documentation, an Oracle webpage, and/or a mechanism that facilitates installation for use with PCA (collectively, “Integrated Software”) is restricted to use solely with PCA. Integrated Software includes, without limitation, Oracle SDN (Software Defined Networking), Oracle Fabric Manager, Oracle ZFS Storage Appliance Cloning, Oracle ZFS Storage Appliance Replication, and Oracle ZFS Storage Appliance Encryption, but does not include (a) code or functionality for diagnostic, maintenance, repair or technical support services; or (b) separately licensed applications, operating systems, development tools, or system management software, or other code that is separately licensed, including hardware activation files and those Integrated Software features that are designated as an Integrated Software Option and may be embedded in, installed on, or activated on PCA but are ordered separately for an additional fee. In addition to any other licenses for Oracle Enterprise Manager that you may have or that you may acquire as a result of running Oracle Linux, Oracle Enterprise Manager software is included with Private Cloud at Customers. The Oracle Enterprise Manager license that you get with Private Cloud at Customer is restricted to use solely with Private Cloud at Customer. Oracle Java 8 Standard Edition (SE) Server JRE 1.8.0_281 - Java SE is included with PCA and is intended only for use in conjunction with running PCA applications. If you use Java SE in any other way or if you use a different version of Java SE than that provided with PCA, your use of Java SE is subject to the terms set forth at http://java.com/otnlicense. Oracle VM Manager software is included with PCA and is restricted to use solely with PCA. The Oracle Private Cloud Appliance Cloud Native Environment is available for use with PCA. The Oracle Private Cloud Appliance Cloud Native Environment contains separately licensed software developed by Oracle and various third parties. Required notices for open source or other separately licensed software products or components distributed in Oracle Private Cloud Appliance Cloud Native Environment are identified in the associated License Information User Manual (add link to PCA CNE LIUM).
