Allowing Employees to Access the CAL Admin Page on Android Devices

The MICROS CAL Admin page allows operators to perform administrative operations such as whitelist device applications, exit the CAL launcher, and access all applications installed on the device. After installing Simphony, only privileged operators are allowed to access this page.

1. Select the Enterprise level, click Configuration, and then click Roles.
2. Double-click the role type record (for example, administrator or manager).
3. Click the Operations tab, and then click the Miscellaneous subtab.
4. Select 10064 - Can Access CAL Admin Application in the Miscellaneous options section, and then click Save.
