The PagedEnumeratorIAdvancer type exposes the following members.

Methods

	Name	Description
	NextPage	Obtain a new page of objects to be used by the enclosing PagedEnumerator.
	Remove	Remove the specified object from the underlying collection.
	Reset	Sets the advancer to its initial position, which is before the first page.
