When printing multiple copies of folios the configured folio copy legend. For example, Original, First Copy of Invoice, Second Copy of Invoice and so on. Prints on the folio when the Folio Copy Legend OPERA Control is set to Yes (Y) or Watermark (W).
You can select the folio type and enter the folio description to generate for the specific folio type.
When the multi-language OPERA Control you can also add translated descriptions for the legend descriptions.
The watermark folio copy legend is available only for report groups Folios, AR Folios, Post It Folios, and Passerby Folios.
Note: The folio copy legend appears on a folio only when actually printing the folio (and copies of the folio) at the time of settlement or check out from the Billing screen. The folio copy legend is not included when reprinting folios through Folio History.
Editing Descriptions
From the Administration menu, select Financial, then Cashier Management, then Folio Copy Legend.
Enter search criteria and click Search.
Select a code, click Vertical Ellipse and select Edit.
Description: Enter a description.
Click Save.
Adding Folio Copy Legends
From the Administration menu, select Financial, then Cashier Management, then Folio Copy Legend.
Enter search criteria and click Search.
Select a code, click Vertical Ellipse and select Manage Folio Copy Legend.
Click New and enter the following details:
Folio Type: Select a folio type from the list
Folio Description: Enter a folio copy description to generate
Manage Translations: Click to add translated descriptions for each language
Click Save.
Editing Folio Copy Legends
From the Administration menu, select Financial, then Cashier Management, then Folio Copy Legend.
Enter search criteria and click Search.
Select a code, click Vertical Ellipse and select Manage Folio Copy Legend.
Select a code, click Vertical Ellipse and select Edit.
Update details
Click Save.
Deleting Folio Copy Legends
From the Administration menu, select Financial, then Cashier Management, then Folio Copy Legend.
Enter search criteria and click Search.
Select a code, click Vertical Ellipse and select Manage Folio Copy Legend.
Select a code, click Vertical Ellipse and select Delete.
