Note:
The Convert Profile Type action is enabled based on the Edit Profile Details task granted to roles.Convert Sales Account Profile Type
From the OPERA Cloud menu, select Client Relations, select Profiles, then select Manage Profiles.
Click the View By list and select a Profile Type.
Enter search criteria and click Search.
In the search results, click the I Want To . . . action and select Convert Profile Type.
Click the New Profile Type drop-down list and select a Profile Type.
Click Save.
