Adding Risk Response Plans

Add one or more response plans to a risk to plan alternative activities that might reduce the probability of a risk occurring, or to reduce the impact of the risk.

  1. Click Projects.
  2. On the Projects navigation bar, click Risks.
  3. On the Risks page, click a risk, and then click the Response Plans detail window.
  4. On the Response Plans detail window:
    1. Click Add and select Response Plan.
    2. In the ID field, double-click and type a response plan ID.
    3. In the Name field, double-click and type a name for the new response plan.
    4. In the Response Type field, double-click and select a response type from the list.
  5. On the Risks page, click Save.

    Note: After you decide which response plan you are implementing, select the Active option next to the appropriate response plan.
