To remove a portfolio from the Other Portfolios field:
- Select the form in which you wish to enter data. For instructions, refer to Displaying a Form.
- Click the name of the tab you want to display.
- Click a portfolio name in the Other Portfolios list.
Note: Portfolios' names that appear faded in the Portfolio Pop-up list cannot be selected. These are either portfolios you cannot access due to security permission, or Query Based Portfolios to which items or portfolios belong only if they meet pre-specified criteria.
- Click
. The selected portfolio is removed from the Other Portfolios list. - From the toolbar, click Save.
