Fields on Add Authorization

Purpose: Enter the following information on the Add Authorization window.

•         Payment Method: The last four digits of the credit card number displays after the payment method description in parenthesis. For example: VISA (1234). This is the CC Last 4 from the Order Payment Method table.

•         Authorization Amount (Manual Authorization Amount)

•         Authorization Date

•         Authorization Number

•         Authorization Request ID
