Purpose: Use the Edit Reason Code window to review or change a reason code to reject or cancel an order in Store Connect.
Purpose: Used for the Store Connect module.
How to display this window: Click the edit icon () at the Reason Codes screen.
Note: Only users with Reason Codes authority can display this screen. See the Role Wizard for more information.
Updating a reason code
Update any of the fields described below and click Save, or click Cancel to return to the Reason Codes screen without updating the reason code.

Organization |
The organization where you use the reason code to reject or cancel orders in Store Connect. Display-only. |
Code |
The code identifying the reason to reject or cancel an order. Your entry can be up to 30 positions. |
Description |
The description of the reason code. Can be up to 35 positions. Required. |
Type |
Indicates whether the reason code is used to Reject or Cancel orders in Store Connect. Note: The window does not prevent you from changing the reason code type, even after an associate has used the code to reject or cancel an order. |
Active |
Indicates whether the reason code is available for selection by the store associate or manager when canceling or rejecting an order in Store Connect. |
