Configure EPS view columns to specify which columns are visible in the Gantt chart or table.
To configure EPS view columns:
- Click Projects.
- On the Projects navigation bar, click EPS.
- On the EPS page:
- Click the Views list and select a view.
- Click Customize View.
- In the Customize View dialog box, click the Columns tab.
- On the Columns tab:
- Double click columns in the Available Columns list to add them to the Selected Columns list.
- Click Save and Apply.
Tips
- The top-to-bottom order of fields in the Selected Columns list corresponds to the left-to-right display order of the columns on the EPS page.
- You can display a maximum of 30 columns.
- To move multiple columns at a time into the Selected Columns list, use Shift+click or Ctrl+click to select the appropriate columns, then click Add column to Selected Columns (Ctrl + Shift + Right Arrow).
- If you make changes to the Responsible Manager column for an EPS, the application will prompt you to decide if you want to assign these changes to the child EPS elements of the selected EPS. The responsible manager will not be changed for the child projects of this EPS; project responsible managers must be changed individually.
