Accessing Homepage

When you want to access the homepage:

• Enter the URL in the browser, Tab to navigate to the Username and Password field to enter the username and password respectively.

• Tab to go to the Login button and click Enter. The OIPA homepage appears.

Navigating from Section-to-Section or from Field-to-Field

The general screen layout of OIPA consists various sections that includes the Banner/Main menu, Entity navigation list, Entity form, Entity summary, and Copy right information.

• Press Tab to run through the application screens and navigate from section-to-section or field-to-field. You can use Right/Left arrows to navigate between the fields when you are in a particular section.

• To go back to the previously navigated field, press Shift+Tab.

Accessing Action, Process Button and Links

When you want to access the Action button (such as Save, Cancel, Update, and so on.) or Process button (Find Client, New Client and so on) or link in any screen of OIPA, press Enter/Space bar.

Accessing a Combo Box

When you move the focus on a List Combo box by tabbing, you can press Down/Up arrow to access the available options and then press Enter on the option you want to select.

Accessing a Multiselect Combo Box

When you navigate to the Multiselect Combo box in any OIPA screen, you can set a value in it either by using an arrow key or by typing the value.

• To select a value, access the available options using the Down/Up arrow and press Enter on the option you want to select. You can scroll through the selected items using the Right/Left arrow.

• To set a value in the combo box, type the valid value, press the Down arrow and then press Enter on the option you want to select.

Accessing the Summary Toggle Button

When you move the focus on a Summary toggle button using the Tab, press Enter to access or hide the Summary section.

Accessing Filter, Add or Create icons

When you want to access the Filter icon, Add icon, create icon on in the entity page, Press Tab to select the Action icon and click Enter to expand the Filter section or the Add entity details page.

Accessing Column Headers/Columns and Rows of Table

When you navigate to any OIPA screen that has a table, press Tab to move the focus on the table focus will be on first column of the table.

• Press Right/Left arrow to navigate between the column headers/columns of a table. To sort the column items, navigate to the column header that you want to sort and press Enter.

• If you press Up/Down arrow, you can navigate between the rows of a table, which may include a hamburger menu or action icons or a row expander button. Press Enter to access the row content.

Accessing Hamburger/Ellipse Menu in Table Row

When you navigate to a table row using the Up/Down arrow, where there is a Hamburger/Ellipse menu,

• Press Tab to move the focus to the row.

• Press Up/Down arrow to scroll through the row columns and move focus to the hamburger/Ellipse menu.

• Press Enter on the hamburger menu, the menu opens with its options.

• Use Up/Down arrow to scroll through the menu options and press Enter to activate the selected item.

Activating Action icons in Table Row

When you navigate to a table row using the Up/Down arrow, where there are Action icons, the action icon include the processing icon,

• Press Left arrow key to move the focus to the column and press Enter to access the Action icon. The Action icon window appears.

Accessing Scrollbars of Table

In a table when there is a vertical scroll bar to access the column press the Left/Right arrow key to scroll to the left or right side in the table respectively.

Scrolling through the outer vertical scrollbars

When you navigate to the screen where there is a scrollbar is present, press Tab to move the focus on any field. Press Up/Down arrow to scroll up or down respectively.
