Activity States
The following items describe the various states that activity would go through in the archival/retrieval process when ArchiveStatusCode is set to:
-
REGULAR: At this stage, the activities are processed by the activity processing engine.
-
ARCHPEND: The activities selected to move in the archival stage are populated at this stage. The user cannot edit or process any of the selected activities at this stage.
-
ARCHIVED: The activity is archived when the stub of the activity remains so the history of the related entity can be seen in context. However, no details of the activity can be seen in OIPA, nor can the activity participate in any process.
-
RETRIEVED: The activities that are archived can be retrieved, the Activities retrieved from the archive and their related data are restored in OIPA as they were at the time of archival except that they become read-only.
