Microsoft Windows 10 with .NET Framework 4.8 enabled
Pre-installed Oracle Database Full Client 12c Release 2 or any newer version on PC running the installation or upgrade
Pre-installed Oracle Data Access Components (ODAC) 12c Release 2 or any newer version for PC running SilverWhere applications
A non-administrator user account
