Creating Groups in Oracle Analytics Publisher

Create groups in Oracle Analytics Publisher to contain the user accounts that will have access to reports.

To create groups in Oracle Analytics Publisher for P6 EPPM:

Log in to the WebLogic Administration Console.
In the Domain Structure pane, select Security Realms.
In the Summary of Security Realms pane, select myrealm.
Select the Users and Groups tab.
Select the Groups sub-tab.
Select New.
1. In the Create a New Group section, in the Name field type BIConsumers.
2. In the Provider list, select DefaultAuthenticator.
3. Click OK.
Repeat step 6 to create two further groups called BIContentAuthors and BIServiceAdministrators.
