Deleting Custom Groups
To delete a custom group:
- Sign in to the CIC Administration application.
- In the side bar, click User Management and then select the Groups tab.
The following message displays: Sync in in progress, please wait. Once sync is completed, the following message displays: <n> users synced,
where n is the number of users synced. - In the Custom Groups table, for a specific group, click the Overflow Menu and then click Delete Group.
- In the Confirm Delete Group dialog box, click OK.
All users belonging to this group will now be designated with an unassigned role.
