Sending Email to a Predecessor or Successor Activity Owner
To communicate with the person responsible for an activity that begins before or after your assigned activity, you can send an email from the Related Activities dialog box.
To send an email:
- Select an activity.
- In the activity pane, select Related Activities.
- In the Related Activities dialog box, select the activity owner's name.
Tips
- You will not be able to send an email if either of the following conditions exist:
- An owner has not been assigned to the activity.
- The activity owner does not have an email address assigned in P6.
