Codes and UDFs (user-defined fields) are used to provide you with, or to gather, information about an activity or project. Codes and UDFs can be used to provide you with details about an activity or project, such as which department will be performing the work for or what phase of the project the activity is being performed in. Codes and UDFs can also be used to track information about an activity or project, such as delivery dates or purchase order numbers.
