Working with Codes and UDFs
Use the Activity Details panel to view or update information about an activity, including the codes and UDFs assigned to the activity and the steps required to complete it. Use the Project Details panel to view or update codes and UDFs assigned to the project to which an activity belongs.
Codes and UDFs are selected by your manager at the project level, so every activity you have within the same project will have the same list of codes and UDFs available to you. Depending on the project or the practices at your organization, you may or may not be required to update the codes or UDFs.
