The Database Cleanup Utility can be used to remove unwanted or redundant data from a Primavera Portfolio Management database. Your user must be assigned the Cleanup database security module to use the Database Cleanup Utility.
Warning: This utility deletes data permanently from your database. Once data has been cleaned up, it cannot be recovered.
Depending on the size of the database and the amount of data selected for deletion, the cleanup process can take several hours. Oracle recommends scheduling this operation to happen during non-business hours to minimize disruption for users.
