The approval user list defines user sources for use with steps in the approval processes (rules).

You can modify and use the delivered user list definitions or set up your own approver user list definition to accommodate your organizational needs.

Use the Asset Owner User page to assign users to asset owners. This step is required when using asset disposal.

Asset Owner User page

The asset owner definition is required for asset disposal approval framework. When defining an asset owner user that will be used in the Approval Framework process, be sure to use an asset owner that is not considered a super user (such as MANAGER); otherwise, the disposal will be auto-approved.
