Copy proposal information to a new proposal.

Use the Copy Proposal page (GM_BUD_PPSL_CPY) to copy proposal information to a new proposal.

Field or Control

Description

To Proposal

The word NEXT appears by default. When you click Copy, the system generates the next proposal ID that is available.

To Version

The word NEXT appears by default. When you click Copy, the system generates V101as the version ID.

To Start Date and To End Date

By default, the system populates the start and end dates of the proposal from which you are copying; however, you can change these values. If you change the start and end dates on the target proposal, the copy process changes the start and end dates for all of its projects and activities.

Project

From Project ID

Deselect this check box for all the projects that you do not want to copy to the new proposal.

To Project ID

The word NEXT appears by default. When you click Copy, the system copies project and activity information to the next available project ID.

Activity

From Activity

Deselect this check box for all the activities that you do not want to copy to the new proposal.

To Activity

The activity ID of the version from which you are copying appears by default. You can, however, select a new activity ID from the list of available choices.

Copy Options

Select a value to specify which information you want to copy to the proposal for the particular activity: Labor and Non-labor (system default), Labor, Non-labor, or None.

Copy

Click to initiate the copy process.
