Click the Options Menu icon to access these options:

• View Pivot Grid: Click to access the Pivot Grid page where you can change the grid parameters.

• Update Filters: Select to access the Update Filters window and add or remove filters for the page.

• Export Data: Select to export data to Microsoft Excel.

• Chart Options: Select to access the Chart Options page where you can make changes to the titles, the axis, and axis titles.

• Save: Select to save personalized view of the Pivot Grid.

Select a project on the chart to view the grid below the chart for only the selected project.

Select the Related Actions icon to access these options:

• View Team Resources: Select to access the Project Team Resources Page in a new tab.

• View Team Schedule: Select to access the Project Resources Page.

• View Project Financials: Select to access the Project Financials (pivot) Page in a new tab.

• View Project Performance: Select to access the Project Performance Page in a new tab.

• Notify Manager: Select to access the Notify Manager page as a modal window.

Select a resource in the left pane to display resource information in the right pane.

(Related Actions icon)

Click the Related Actions icon to access the Notify Resource or Resource Business Card windows.

Current Assignment

This section displays a table that shows the number of issues submitted, status reports, changes requests, and assigned risks for the resource. If a number is shown next to the assigned item, you can click the number to open the PeopleSoft Classic page.

• Issues Submitted: Select to access the Project Issues page.

• Status Reports: Select to access the Review Status Reports page.

• Change Requests: Select to access the Project Change Request page.

• Assigned Risks: Select to access the Project Risk page.

Deliverables Activity

Click this link to access the Activity Deliverables Details page. This link is active only when deliverables are due. This link is for the next deliverable that is due.
