Before you create the objective pages from the templates, you need to define the email notifications that will be sent when various steps in the business process are triggered. To enable this functionality, you need to configure email notification options on the Objective Pages page. On this page the system lists the email notification options that a user can select to enable certain functionality. The system selects all notification options as the default.
Note: Oracle PeopleSoft delivers Notification Composer Framework to manage the setup and administration of all notifications in one central location.
Once you have adopted the Notification Composer feature, you must use it to create new notifications and manage your existing notifications.
Notifications delivered with HCM Image 47 or later must use Notification Composer.

Last Page ID |

Select to send notifications to administrators when business objective pages (or documents) are ready and waiting for them to publish. |

Select to send notifications to owners when their business objective pages (or documents) have been published. Typically these individuals will need to update their pages and link their objectives to the pages above them that have already been published. |

One notification per publication process |
Select to bundle the requests and send only one notification to each recipient, even if there are multiple pages (or documents) in the process for which they could be notified. |

Notify direct/indirect reports when page has been published |
Select to send notifications to employees when business objective pages (or documents) have been published. These employees are direct and indirect reports who have access to the published pages. Typically these individuals will need to update their ePerformance documents and link their objectives to the objective pages above them that have already been published. |
