Understanding the Supplier Secure Digital Assistant

The Supplier Secure Digital Assistant is part of PeopleSoft Intelligent Chat ASsistant from Oracle (PICASO).

The Supplier Secure Digital Assistant comprises of the following skills:

  • Collaboration Skill

    Use this skill to inquire about PO Acknowledgements, Overdue Shipments, and Rejected Receipts.

  • General Skill

    Use this skill to inquire about Calendar Events, Announcements, FAQs, and contact details.

  • Invoices and Payments skill

    Use this skill to perform invoice inquiry, payment inquiry, and inquiry related to disputes.

  • Sourcing Skill

    Use this skill to inquire about Invited Bid Events, Events Pending Award, and Awarded Events.

PeopleSoft assistants or skills are computer programs that simulate a simple conversation between a digital devise and the user. It is used for mundane or repetitive business transactions that follow a predictable conversation path. PeopleSoft uses the Oracle Digital Assistant (ODA) platform for interacting with users to help them perform certain tasks and is available for both desktop and mobile users.
