Rollback Process

In case there are any discrepancy or modules does not execute (or) if there are any errors in upgrade process and error message is displayed indicating the that upgrade failed then perform rollback action.

The Rollback option is enabled only if there is any upgrade process, else it is disabled.

An error message is displayed as "Rollback can be performed using rollback button provided below".

When a module is not executed an error icon is displayed in the Status colum, to view the details of error user Log Details and Report Details option.

The "upgradeprocess" table entry will also get updated with the status "UPGRADEFAILED"

In the Rollback dialog box, click OK to proceed with rollback process.

The Rollback is in progress message is displayed when rollback is initiated in the background.

Once rollback operation is completed, the "upgradeprocess" table entry will also get updated with the status "ROLLBACKCOMPLETED"

The RollbackStatus after completion, it displays a Rollback completion is successful message.

Click OK option, then the page refresh and it returns to the initial state.
