At die Mobiliar, Siebel CRM initially powered its call centre for 8,000 employees, but this soon evolved into a solution that would support partner sales as well as internal sales and service departments. They wanted a more bespoke UI and to improve user experience for critical user journeys.
Following a successful project, they achieved an improved UX built on the Open UI framework for their Partner Portal, delivering instant ROI with improved productivity for primary user journeys. The solution harnesses the most innovative UX techniques in the industry, is now significantly more intuitive, giving the business and its partners exactly what they need from their CRM to get everyday tasks done efficiently.
As well as improving the UX, they updated the Siebel CRM application to the latest release and realised greatly reduced downtime from updating their Siebel CRM application, moving from 8 hrs of downtime to 1 hr.
They were able to shift focus from operational tasks to business growth, with key business process time reductions of up to 83%.
