Highlights

National Roads and Motorists' Association (NRMA) is one of the seven motoring clubs in Australia and has 2.6 million members across Australia and New Zealand. NRMA use Oracle E-Business Suite and Oracle Siebel CRM applications to manage critical membership and dispatch functions for roadside assistance. NRMA decided to adopt a more agile, cost-efficient, secure, and scalable cloud platform.

NRMA evaluated various cloud offerings and chose Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) for more value for its cloud investments due to cost benefits and greater flexibility.

They consolidated 700 TB of data from six Oracle Database Appliances to Oracle Exadata Cloud Service on OCI. This resulted in lower IT operational costs, improved stability, and agility. Also, increased partner sales and enhanced the range of services that customers can redeem through Oracle Integration Cloud.

With this platform, they are now able to easily innovate to meet the changing customers needs and evolving market conditions.
