Certification Levels
There are two levels of Siebel Certification, Associate Foundation for beginners and Professional for experts.
- Siebel CRM Associate Foundation - Requires no prior technical background—making it accessible to business users, IT professionals, and emerging professionals entering the field of enterprise applications. This is a free exam. Find out more
- Siebel CRM Professional - Experienced Siebel professionals: Consultants, architects, senior business analysts, functional leads, and senior system administrators. This is a paid exam.
