Viewing the Audit Logs for Contact Lists

Using the Audit Log, you can see what changes were made, when, and by whom. You can view the log for all contact lists associated with a specific project or shell, and you can view the log for a specific contact list.

To view the Audit Log:

  1. Go to the shell tab, and switch to User mode.
  2. In the left Navigator, select Contact Lists.

    The Contact Lists page appears.

  3. Choose one of the following:
    • To view the log for all contact lists, select Audit Log in the upper-right corner.
    • To view the log for a specific list, select the list, select More Actions , and select View Audit Log.
  4. To download a Microsoft Excel version of the log, select Export.
