Exporting CSV or Microsoft Excel Files from the Levels Sheet

Because the Levels Sheet functions as a view of the information tracked in the individual levels and spaces, the system only supports exporting data from the Levels Sheet.

To export a sheet:

  1. Go to the shell tab, and switch to User mode.
  2. In the left Navigator, select Space Manager, and then select Levels Sheet.
  3. Select a sheet.
  4. From the toolbar, select Menu Options , and then select Level Summary Sheet or Column Data.
