In-Memory Next Best Action

This ERD (see the following figure) illustrates how organizations can provide contextual recommendations to their customers on all channels using Siebel In-Memory Next Best Action. Siebel In-Memory Next Best Action provides an open, flexible, and configurable integration framework between Siebel Contact Center and Oracle Real-Time Decisions. A closed-loop Response Action Framework provides feedback on the customer interaction in real time, and it tailors product recommendations to the actions that the customer takes.
