Siebel Field Service Integration to Oracle Field Service Overview
Technical Architecture
Below is the Integration overview of this feature comprising of Siebel CRM and OFS with the OIC Business Accelerator.

Siebel CRM: Siebel CRM is the primary, which has all the master data of Service Regions, Employees, Employee Skills, Activities and Schedules. Siebel will be using Siebel EAI Rest framework to integrate with OFS via OIC. For Inbound services, Base Integration Objects have been created and will be part of the repository.
Oracle Integration Cloud: This is where our Business Accelerator is implemented. It works as channel between Siebel and Oracle Field Service. It has Lookups, Mappings and connections for Siebel and Oracle Field Service.
Oracle Field Service: This functionality is responsible for providing the available time slots of technicians by considering the skill ,availability and service region areas. It also updates activities and dispatches.
