Navigating to the Function Space Diary from the Property Pricing Admin Screen

To navigate to the Function Space Diary from the Property Pricing Admin screen, follow this procedure.

To navigate to the Function Space Diary from the Property Pricing Admin screen

1. Navigate to the Property Pricing Admin screen.

2. In the Properties list, query for the property record.

3. In the Property record, click the link in the Property Name field.

4. Perform one of the following actions:

   • Click the Out of Order view tab, select the record, and then click the link in the Start Date Time field.

   • Click the Unavailable view tab, select the record, and then click the link in the Recurr Start Date field.

   The diary shows the property record and the selected date.
