Navigating to the Function Space Diary from the Property Screen

To navigate to the Function Space Diary from the Property screen, follow this procedure.

To navigate to the Function Space Diary from the Property screen

  1. Navigate to the Property screen.

  2. In the Properties list, query for the property record.

  3. In the Property record, click the link in the property Name field.

  4. Perform one of the following actions:

    • Click the Total Availability view tab.

    • Click the Total Group Availability view tab.

    • Click the SR Type Availability view tab.

  5. Click Go to Diary.

    The diary shows the property record and the current date.
