Modifying the Cursor Close Alert Message

You can modify the message that is displayed to the user when there are more rows than can be returned in a query.

To modify the cursor close alert message

1. In your Siebel application, navigate to the Administration-Application screen, then the System Preferences view.

   The System Preferences view appears.

2. In the System Preference Name column, select the SSASqlErrRsltsDiscarded parameter.

3. Edit the value in the System Preference Value column to how you want the cursor close alert message to display.

   The maximum message length is 200 characters.

4. Restart the Siebel application.
