Overview of Integration Between CrowdTwist and Siebel Loyalty

The integration between CrowdTwist and Siebel Loyalty ensures that customers get the best of both worlds—the modern engagement capabilities of CrowdTwist and the comprehensive transactional capabilities of Siebel Loyalty—all in one integrated solution. Using this integration, Siebel Loyalty users can:

• Interact with customers beyond the point of transaction and add surveys, polls, quizzes and, social connections.

• Create stronger connections with customers by offering rewards they value, including sweepstakes, digital downloads, coupon codes, code redemption, automatic rewards, and more.

As a prerequisite for a successful integration, customers require access to both the CrowdTwist Control Center application and Siebel Loyalty application to configure and manage their programs.
